Ipsit Rama Nair also known as “Ipsit never forgets” is a character in Netflix’s Ray directed by Abhishek Chaubey , Vasan Bala and National award winner Srijit Mukherjee .

The Story starts with a women who calls Ipsit played by Ali Fazal as “Dipsit” and narrates a confusing story of how Ipsit an entrepreneur spent time with her at Aurangabad’s Kailasa Hotel and tells him that they were romantically involved together in 2017 . Upon Knowing that Ali Fazal alias Ipsit gets extremely frustrated as he believes that he has a memory like “computer” . The root cause of the entire story plot is his “computer memory” which remembers only numbers and not events and memories .

Ipsit also was also romantically involved with her Personal Assistant “Maggie” which later comes to light when he is diagnosed with Dementia and Accident . His Dementia leads him to Aurangabad after his fall begins from an entrepreneur to an extremely disturbed human . In the series Ipsit is unknowingly hurting his loved ones due to his actions and is portrayed as a person who lacks empathy . He employs his best friend at his corporate office which clearly shows his good nature but lack of empathy within him . Ipsit after his accident calls his personal assistant to ask her why she didn’t arrive at the birthday party of her just born daughter who later reveals her true colours when she destroys Ipsit from his mind . She reveals how difficult for a women is to survive after abortion and plans an entire revenge against Ipsit to make him realise his misdeeds and wrong actions .

Ray is Streaming on Netflix and is definitely an interesting saga to watch .
